For the week of Oct. 22nd we will be taking part in Red Ribbon Week at Lincoln.  For this week's event, 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders created slides in order to create a commercial about staying drug free and for bully awareness.  The 4th and 5th graders needed to add a fact on their slides.  We talked about the importance of using a trustworthy and reliable website.  Not all websites are trustworthy.  Just because it is on the World Wide Web doesn't make the information true.  Remember to check out who created the site before using the information and passing it along as the truth.  Check out these sites:
